  • Join Alex on a Greenwich Village walking tour through NYC’s most iconic neighborhood. We’ll discuss the area’s history, from its origins as farmland, to its emergence as a folk rock mecca, and eventually a zip code for the rich and famous. We’ll weave our way through the winding streets of the Greenwich Village Historic District, stopping at celebrity mansions, 19th century churches, music clubs, comedy clubs, and Washington Square Park along the way. This experience includes a very special visit to (almost) Carrie Bradshaw’s Sex and the City apartment, where we will be given a tour inside!!

But it’s not all history. Arrive hungry, because the tour visits Greenwich Village’s oldest Italian deli, most famous pizzeria, and best falafel joint. We’ll also send you home with treats from a local Brazilian bakery! As always, we’ll save you time by skipping the lines at each Greenwich Village institution.

Along the way you'll have plenty of time to ask questions and engage with Alex on any number of topics. Tours are casual, flexible, and fun, so bring your curiosity, appetite, and a comfortable pair of walking shoes!

This tour is perfect for groups, students, field trips, networking events, corporate events, families, or anyone looking to experience New York City’s food, culture, and history in a new way!

  • Alex will meet you at a predetermined location, and the tour will begin. Tours are flexible, and we arrange everything, so you can simply focus on the experience!
