Reviews:

“My husband and I recently had the pleasure of participating in a private group tour with Food Strolls, guided by Alex. As annual leaders of a sociology tour for college students in New York City, we have experienced numerous tours, but our excursion with Food Strolls in Harlem was the highlight of our trip. It's a tour that goes beyond food, offering cultural insights, historical context, and stories. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic, enriching, and delicious exploration of Harlem. Alex and Food Strolls offers a an experience that shouldn't be missed!” - Kristie Wilder, Professor and Dean at Southern Adventist University, Collegedale, TN, USA

“Alex's deep knowledge of the city's history and vibrant culture was impressive. From the iconic landmarks to hidden gems, he provided insightful commentary that brought the city to life, and highlighted the people that make it so unique. What truly set Alex apart was his knack for introducing us to a world of diverse culinary experiences in Queens. Alex's passion, warmth, and expertise made the tour we took with him an unforgettable journey through the heart and soul of the New York City.” - Mark Buhagiar, Lead Developer at Scott Logic, London, UK

“Last Friday, I enjoyed an incredible NYC tour with “Food Strolls” and our fantastic guide, Alex. Their “Brooklyn Heights Tour” combined history, architecture, and even some glimpses outside a couple of celebrities’ homes. Alex's deep knowledge and passion for NYC is palpable. He enriched the tour with fascinating info about the neighborhood…starting from it’s very genesis. And, Alex also added some entertaining twists along the journey that made it unforgettable. I’m already planning my next adventure with Food Strolls for their “Queens Tour”. - Nora de Cardenas, Co-Owner of Visiting Angels of Central New Jersey, Lawrenceville, NJ, USA
